So basiclly I was following this game for a long time now and I am really sad I cannot play it. Basiclly I have 2 types of problems. First one is I click play button on steam and I see anti cheat thing pooping and then I see picture sayng Dirty bomb after that picture closes and nothing happens , but on steam It says I am playng for about 10 sec and then stops sayng it. Second problem Is sometimes I manage to get in game (idk how its random sometimes work sometimes not) , and then I see loading icon and after 30 sec I get message Unable to log in. I need help.

32Bit OSs do not meet the minimum requirements to play Dirty Bomb 
They get a lot of memory issues, even with PAE.
