When i start game , there is a error , code 10011 , I have try to start it with administrator , delete in documents and redownload all , restart pc . This things aren’t fix my problem , pls help me o.o

Update your OS and/or re-install Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable in Control Panel. Remember to restart your PC and check your updates again.
EDIT: oh, and you probably want to scan your PC for infections, if you used non-genuine vcredist installer etc.
