i agree with the no shake from airstrikes idea. on bridge near the EV delivery point i was sniping towards the defender spawn from the bridge near the ammo box, in the house left of the barricade (as seen from the attacking side) i was scoped in and an aistrike made my screen shake for 5 seconds. if it wasnt for the enemy vassili missing his shot i wouldve died

I still think it should be removed completely, getting the jump on someone is already an advantage. Adding aimpunch ontop of that just makes it stupid.

She hasn’t uploaded a video in ages, does she still play? Quite an insightful video, that gif of the Fragger made me die a little.

As for aimpunch, I can’t say I notice it. If it’s there, go ahead and remove it, but funnily enough I really don’t notice it.

I do think that it should be kept for sniper rifles, just to sort of act as a deterrence, almost supressing fire in a way. Also explosion screen shake needs to be removed, I missed a shot or two just yesterday from an objective getting blown.

They probably do. Aimpunch is a balance dial used to differentiate guns.

I also have no issue with aimpunch being in the game in it’s current form. Hell, it never really bothered me before despite my almost decade+ of arena shooter experience where aimpunch does not exist. I’m glad that it’s reduced now to the point of barely being noticeable for a lot of people but I wouldn’t want it gone entirely. If anything I’d rather have it become visual only aimpunch.
