but when i do, i complain about this fact:

There is no indication in the game that the button F6 and Game Start is related in ANY way. The newcomers don’t read the chat, so a normal warmup takes like 10minutes.

It will not be necessary imo, Trainyard for example. I guess every map will have a objective explaining animation, so that + 5 sec is fine. I would like to see an option to skip that animation, or atleast allow to show the scoreboard while the animation in progress.

Idd, and while they’re at it they should get rid of the endsequence too. It just gets boring after you’ve seen it 3 times.

The “F6 to Ready Up” HUD element has been in our internal builds for a while but it’ll probably be 2-3 weeks before you see it in an update.

Team balance is being worked on this month but this will be a little while longer.

We’ll also be allowing players to skip the opening map anims once they’re fully implemented, they won’t be able to run around but we will always try to keep them brief. The same with the end sequences, we’ll allow players to skip and go straight to the end game review screen.

So if all players choose to skip, then I’d assume it would cut straight to the game. I almost wonder if the intros should be restricted to training servers or something because after the first couple days no one is going to want to watch them repeatedly.

pls implement an autooption to skip.no fun to press always a button for it.
