It is not out of respect for cheaters, it is more of a concern of innocent players being plastered as illegitimate. Everyone is for getting rid of the scum that is cheaters, but we also don’t want a rage war against players that can be proven innocent. It’s in order to avoid conflict is all.

You may ask why there is no shame rule for forums. What,if tons of players report every single player which is innocent like in any forum(really,look on APB and trashbin record of topics about that).
