I deleted local content of the game and now i cant find the game HELP

i uninstalled the game and now i cant find it please help

If you try to redeem your key again it’ll say the game is already owned and it’ll begin downloading again.

Source: I reformatted my PC yesterday and game was no longer in Steam library. Reentered beta key and game downloaded.
