i cant submit a request. how do i do it?

I GOT SUSPENDED. and i want to submit a request to lift the suspension.
i login to the nexon id and fill up the whole form. but when i click on submit, it wont do anything but reload the page. nothing else. no errors for filling up the form or nothing. just reloads the page.
WHAT DO I DO?

What browser were you using? Have you tried in a second browser?

Don’t worry, don’t freak out. It’s probably due to some kind of third party program that you might use while playing.

If you can’t send the ticket, the support is probably experiencing some kind of overflow or something. Maybe try again in one hour. If it’s still happening, come back.

well EOX i tried it on different days, different browser, but the result is same

its been a week since i am unable to sent a request ticket. is there any other way to send one?
