(unrealCoupe) #1

i was try to delete uneral engine 3 and this not working and in trining i run the game 60 fps
everything that pepole was say for me to do and the game still not working

(unrealCoupe) #2

training *
and i was mean when i load the map

(Ardez1) #3

What are you PC specs?

Also, something like this belongs in the Technical Support section.

Thanks

(Lumi) #4

Besides the english that makes it very hard to understand your issue, you didn’t really explain your problem. You just ask for something to be fixed for 60fps after deleting unreal engine 3. That doesn’t make alot of sense. Be concise and explain what your issue actually is.

Now if you mean that you can’t run at 60fps then it’s probably your computer specs that aren’t good enough. Nothing to be fixed by Nexon except you buying some better gear…

(unrealCoupe) #5

no…
i mean when i load the map in servers my game crash
in training i have 60 fps
in past someone in nexon say that if you delete uneral engine 3 this will help for you with this problem and this not help

(Lumi) #6

Then I ask again what Ardez asked: what is your computer configuration? Specifications of graphics card, RAM, CPU etc…

I have a friend that managed to play Construction Simulator 2015 in the beginning of the game, then we moved to the more detailed city and bought more vehicles and suddenly he would crash repeatedly.

Sounds like you are experiencing something similar: The small environment from the tutorial is limited enough for your computer to render as well as only having to handle you and no connections with other people but once you join a server, the maps are more detailed and bigger, while your pc has to render up to 16 players!

It seems to me that there is a problem with your gear rather than a problem with unreal engine 3. Besides, deleting the engine wouldn’t solve much as you need it to run the game. If you have a corrupted engine then try the file integrity verification option that steam offers. Right click on the game, go to local files then verifiy integrity of game cache. If there are any faulty files, steam will replace them.

BUT please do tell your computer specifications. If you don’t know who to gather that info, let me know and I’ll tell you the more detailed procedure for that too.

i run battlefield 3
and i play the gamemode with the most bigger maps that are only in premium

(unrealCoupe) #8

gt 520
i5 2.8 ghz
4 gb ram

(B_Montiel) #9

Your specs seem good enough to run the game, with bad framerate with classic low settings but it should run not crash. As said above, verify the integrity of your game cache, or even try to reinstall the game. Check your gpu drivers too. Imo, your crashing issues seem to be linked to a software issue not hardware.

(Lumi) #10

Okay, if your card is indeed a nvidia GT 520 then you have litle vram to handle the game. I know it says half a GB on the minimum configurations, but nowadays GDDR5 is the standard and your GPU is using GDDR3 which is lower. Also, depending on your Windows system you most likely are using up more than 1GB of your 4 available of RAM. The game needs 3 at least. So most likely there’s your problem.

(unrealCoupe) #11

i have 4 ram and my pc use 3.5 ram so i need to run the game
and like i say i run the training in 60 fps on lowest graphics

(unrealCoupe) #12

and i was try what you say before a lot of time and still not work

(Lumi) #13

If your pc uses 3.5 RAM out of 4GB then you have nothing or almost nothing left for the game to run with (0.5GB), when it actually requires 3GB. If I understand you correctly that said.

I’ve had many friends try out the game and the only ones complaining were the ones who didn’t have more than 4GB of RAM. I have 8GB myself and never felt any issue.

(Ghosthree3) #14

8gb is practically mandatory these days. I had to upgrade to 16 myself, but I run a bit more stuff than the average user.

No. He has a total of 3.5 Gigs. 32x systems are limited to ~3.5 Gigs even if you have more RAM-sticks.

OP. Training isn’t the game. Training takes place on a small map and without other players input. Your game crashes because you don’t have enough RAM for the real game. Get yourself a 64x OS and more RAM. It shouldn’t surprise anyone. System programs can take up to half a Gig and with the game running your RAM is fully used, so the game crashes to prevent major damage on your hardware.
I had the same with another game on Stam which needed 4 Gigs and I had only 3.5 available out of my initial 4x4 Gigs. Upgrading to 64x OS solves the issue.

(Ghosthree3) #16

I’m honestly not sure why Windows 7 and onwards came in 32bit editions. By that point I’m pretty sure any cpus coming out were 64bit, and had been for some time.

(Ardez1) #17

To get people to upgrade from XP/Vista. New PCs all came in 64bit, but they needed to maintain their existing market.

True, I forgot about the 32x OS limitations but to my knowledge he didn’t say he had a 32bit system or did I miss something? In any case, upgrading to 64bit OS is not that straightforward. If his hardware is too old, the motherboard or CPU might not support it.

But yeah bummer for people not running 64bit…

(goodField) #19

Gotta Echo here. Upgrade the PC man, that’s about it.

(unrealCoupe) #20

so i will try to upgrade to 64 bit
maybe after i do that the game work
