I cant load into a match anymore

i choose any game mode and it loads up to the screen where it has the game mode type and objectives, after that the game either closes or just takes me back to the home menu

And with closes you mean it goes straight back to your desktop?
Right click the game in steam and verify your game files.
If you’ve done any config tweaking, you probably messed up. Revert to a config that works. If you haven’t done any tweaking, consider removing the config files at Documents\My Games\UnrealEngine3\ShooterGame\Config

If that didn’t work either, reinstall/update your graphics drivers. That’s the very last thing I can think of in terms of causing a crash to desktop.

thanks for the advice, i deleted and redownloaded it last night again, i havent done any type of configuration or so with the game, but thank you for the information! if it doesnt work ill tell ya

yes it did!
that is until 2 days ago then my game stopped working entirely, and it seems multiple people are having this problem
