I can't get my head around scripting! please help!

Hi,

I use GTKradiant 1.5, I don’t have a clue about scripting or anything that requires scripting! (e.g command posts, forward spawns dynamiteable stuff etc.) so i am asking is there a scripting tutorial for absolute beginners? or anyhting at all that gives me a foundation as on how to script. I know a thread like this has been submited before.

quick question #1: how to make a sky?
quick question #2: In goldendunk_a2 what do you see at the end if the score is tied? (you know where it says who wins and awards are shown)

#1: A sky is a shader that renders a huge box(or sphere in newer games). Use existing ones under textures/skies_sd(i think it’s correct) if you’re a beginner. You can check if what you’re selecting is a shader by shift-clicking it and a text-editor should open up.
