I CAN NOT PLAY BECAUSE IT CRASHES

So this has been happening for MONTHS! Like ever since the Open Beta. I can open the game perfectly fine look at loadouts and everything. But when I try to play in a game whether it be quick join or server browse the loading screen comes up and I can hear gun shots but then it just crashes and I can’t get past the loading screen! This is really bad I am still level 1!! because I can not play a game PLEASE HELP ME!!!

AMD FX 6100 6 core processor
AMD HD Radeon 7750
8GB DDR3 1600 mhz ram
600w PSU i should be able to play fine!
I played in closed beta and was able to record

Have you tried loading a low resource config to see if it helps?

yes trust me its not my pc I’ve played and recorded DB perfectly fine before it just wont let me in game AT ALL

Have you tried reinstalling DB? Have you tried uninstalling, deleting the UnrealEngine3 folder and reinstalling? Have you tried running steam as an administrator? Have you tried verifying your game files? Are you on the latest drivers for your video card? Are you running a high FPS config?

When exactly did it start happening? When were you able to record? Was it a public match, tutorial or LAN private server? When you load a match what does your task manager look like? Any processes in particular consuming your resources? Have you tried opening firewall ports/disabling AV while running DB?

Could you please list anything you have done to troubleshoot this issue?

reinstalled; uninstalled deleted unrealengine folder and reinstalled; ran steam as administrator; verified game files; latest driver installed; set firewall exeptions; diasbled antivirus; still doesn’t work. I’ve been able to play for a week then the game suddently decided not to start anymore. the problem occured a week ago and since them i tried a variety of solutions proposed by the community. The official support seems to ingore the problem, i also opened another discussion but nobody answered me. I really enjoyed the game so please help me figure out the problem. i exclude that is an hardware issue because i’ve been able to play for some time without any problem on frame rate/crashes.
I have a pair of questions: How can I see the error code that make the game crash? How can I determine if it is a compatibility problem like many suggests?

Using the event viewer you may be able to determine the reason for the crash.

Not sure about the compatibility bit. It looks like your PC is within minimum specs. Do you have a 64bit OS installed?

Thank you for the suggestion but unfortunately the event viewer doesn’t spot anything when i try to run the game.
I have win7 64 bit installed by the way.

Same here worked fine yesterday shut game down…Tonight reboot computer…launch from steam now game stays at splash screen and eventually crashed DB not responding…seems that something happened since yesterday (24 june 2015) …i7 2600K Win7-64 bits 32 G Ram HP 6970 with 2 Gigs…
