Hey do you guys actually check your reports on players because this is getting bullshit, everyone has been reporting this player all day long, The guy has been using an aimbot and everyone has been reporting him and kicking him from the server yet he just keeps coming back. FFS its killing the game.

He’s been at it for weeks, unfortunately. Every time they eventually ban him (which seems to be every week to two weeks on average), he just makes a new account. Unless they enforce some harsher penalties or speed up the bans, he’s just going to keep making new accounts…
…but alas, you’re not suppose to report hackers on the forums. Even if it is severely reducing the population in the Australian servers.

I made a ticket today about him, hopefully they ban him sooner this time, like bushy says though not that it matters, because he is just making new accounts every time. He’s actually using two accounts at the moment, swaps between them every game or so. You’ve probably noticed.

It’s a strange hack he’s using though. Never seen one quite that advanced haha. He has no ROF limitations on any gun (can fire 6 sniper shots from the MOA in 0.1 seconds), and he can even kill people when they are not in sight of him. Today he was one shotting people with his pistol when they were on the other side of the map, like his bullets can go through walls or something.

There are videos out there of players manipulating latency to achieve the effect you describe, because DB has client side hit detection a malicious player could move out and “see” you during a period of extremely high latency (or even completely severed connection), unload an entire clip (sped up by the hack) and then go back to wherever they were and all you’d see is you getting rekd through a wall. Vids are kicking around if you want to see it in action.

If you want to report a hacker it is best to make a ticket like Dox did even if you did report in game. Also if you really need to let some one know it is better to send a PM to one of the mods or Raziel Warmonic Nexon’s Dirty Bomb Community Manager than making a thread. i believe Nexon needs data in order to track these guys. The more we provide in a format they can use the better. That’s just me though.

Now I’m more concerned.
I lodged a ticket at like lunch time today (NZ time) and I just noticed now I had a response at about 3pm saying it had been looked at, and the ticket was set to resolved.
This guy is still stomping around in a server right now as we speak (12 hours later this is) using his aimbot on absolute maximum settings.
They set my ticket to resolved and didn’t even ban him? Literally no action was taken by Nexon :neutral:
Edit: inb4 maybe it’s a different profile with the same name. Nah. I have his profile bookmarked. It’s the same profile with a new name.

Bad joke, but I haven’t heard of / ran into problems like these on EU front at all. Obvious ragebot kids I’ve reported have pretty much been banned in due time. Sometimes I meet them running on different account but new report and carry on.
What on Earth is happening with Nexon support in terms of your region? Also OP should definitely remove the name on title if ya wanna keep this thread around, closed in 3… And its your own fault to be honest, rule is simple.

From what I know is Nexon has branch in Asia as Nexon Korea and Nexon Japan.

They do indeed but they are almost like a different company than Nexon America afaik. I’m biased but I think these support related issues are completely Nexon’s thing and criticism should be directed there. SD however should fix their in-game kickvoting system.

Tonight he was using the alias ‘barack obama’ and also seen him using ‘highlifebr3h’. He openly admits cheating and advertises his aliases… always spams ‘im god’ in the game… REALLY annoying!!! ruins every game he is in…

We just looked into this - and it appears to be the same guy generating new Steam profiles over and over again.
