Feels like it happens every time. Always getting a nice Fletcher card for level 20, even tho I’m level 2.
There should be a range for cards that can drop in the beginning of this game.
From -2 to +2 required player level is OK during the leveling-phase. At level 20 u can make the card-drop (and required level) more random.
SD said that Merc/Level Progression might change… So this might not be an issue next patch…
Not to mention the annoying duplicates - I managed to get the same common card 5 times in a row… Not really bothering to open them anymore due to that.
EDIT: just read the update news that announces “loadout blowout”, hopefully it will be better now.
