@Porkchopiya No the Phantom Obsidian is separate. The Arctic Pack comes with access to Hunter and the one special edition card for him.

so if you have default Hunter. the $9.99 Hunter Special Ed. Skin must buy. i thought shoe said in other video that if you buy Hunter Bundle Phantom Obsidian are included.
