HQ weapon/character models but low textures config?

Not the hardcore potato config, but one that would have weapon textures/character models on high but the world textures on low, not lowest.
Here is a config I’ve madeHere is a config I’ve made but nothing really changes. Can anyone give me a hint what should I change? Thanks.

I don’t understand much but what I know is there are setting that if you tweak too low (Particles special FX etc) it will reset the config since it is unallowed.

You mean that it will reset the whole config? Or just the exaggerated setting?
