How's the Hochfir?

I must admit I’ve never used it, never had the chance. Since I’m getting that obsidian card for whats his name I figure I had better get an idea what it can do.

It’s a pretty lovely gun to use. It’s high RPM allows you to get headshots pretty easly, but it’s not the most ammo efficient nor the most powerful primary around. 122 DPS, it’s below the average, but it’s very convenient to use and it’s accuracy is not that bad either.

Dat firerate dat accuracy dat mag capacity. Low damage per shot, but it’s pretty much a bullet hose. Imagine the Empire-9’s big brother.

body damage per mag:
Hochfir 9 x 55 = 495, in 4,07s
Crotzni 12 x 40 = 480 in 3,69s
KEK 11 x 45 = 495 in 3.85s

It’s not far from “bigger” SMGs. These do not account for accuracy so in reality it may be even closer.

I really like it on Phoenix, he has two good loadouts with Hochfir.

i like the hochfir, its really forgiving and easy to use. i get really rekt by people who sidestep while fighting, because they can just keep spraying me. by the time they need to reload, both my primary and secondary would be empty.

While it’s damage per magazine is the same as KEK-10, it’s DPS is lower than KEK-10 (still beats the Blish). It’s highly accurate gun with low recoil so it’s great for catching enemies off guard and putting a half dozen rounds into their skull.

I enjoy it. It’s forgiving when you miss a shot, since you can just readjust your aim back and not get penalized by the fire rate. The recoil and spread are also pretty friendly. It’s one of the best SMGs, in my opinion.

I love the Hochfir, it’s pretty much a laser beam out to around fifteen yards. I bought a KE53 Proxy and I’m absolutely loving it.

So after toying around with it after getting the Phoenix card, I’ve come to like it just as much if not more than the kek. The headshot potential just…arouses me.

I use the Hochfir with Proxy, mostly because I’m terrible with shotguns. Really love using it tho. Probably my favorite SMG.

It’s a pretty good gun. I love it on Proxy in combination with an MP400 + double time. I can run around with bullets for days and then run and reload them at the same time. It’s amazingly fun if you haven’t tried it.

I prefer to run the Kek, Crotzni or SMG9 but if I had to use the Hochfir I wouldn’t be upset at all. Lasering headshots with the Hochfir is also very satisfying.

I do surprisingly well with my hochfir proxy loadout. As others have said, it is the empire-9s big brother. It’s a thoroughly solid gun.

Certainly my favorite SMG. I use it with both Proxy and Phoenix.

I like it on proxy, too, but thats just because its the only SMG she can use. It certainly is a lot of fun to use but the Ammo problems are a big downside, especially when running around somewhere behind enemy lines. I often have to fall back to my Deagle which makes me unhappy.
