I’m thinking that his incendiary grenades will be broken if he can just throw them onto the bomb and nobody can defuse it.
Or will redeye’s smoke grenade put it out?
OR better yet, according to redeye logic, will blowing up the fire put it out?
How will stoker be balanced when he comes out?

Well its basically the same thing as the laser of kira, you can put that on the objective as well. You can also spam nades on the objective or airstrike it. They will figure something out, I’m sure they will
Kira can also block the objective as well. I’d say, as long as the Molotov has the same CD as Kira’s Orbital Strike, it’ll be fine. However, Kira’s laser takes much more time to be fired, but it’s instant kill. The Molotov grenade will take longer to kill.
Well judging from the closed beta footage, while Molotovs are indeed powerful in blocking objectives for quite a while, they have quite humongous cooldown. At the moment we already have Kira who’s able to deny objectives like C4 from being defused or even planted in outdoor situations, just as stated here already. And once called down there is no way to “put it out”.
Due to cooldown, I don’t think gameplay-wise explosions denying Molotov would be very balanced. However, extinguishing it with smoke would be while very interesting, maybe just a bit too rock-paper-scissor’s like approach. We’ll see when it comes out, not fancying going too much into thinking about it before seeing it.
BTW u know the cool down of the molotovs is 40secs so that’s 1 thing and i in my opinion being able to extinguish the fire with smokes would be pretty cool like in CS. But explosives well makes sense and fire fighters have used explosives to put fires out but it would be a bit cheeky.
My biggest problem is how Stoker is effective indoors and outdoors, while all the other Fire Support merc’s abilities are either crippled immensely indoors (Skyhammer) or their ability straight up can’t work indoors.
Seeing as blasting away Red Eye’s smoke already produces an “Extinguished” experience bonus, I imagine the flames will be potentially dispersable via explosives.
Rhino is Stoker counter. When Stoker comes out Rhino gets a “roll” ability allowing him to roll over the fire like a ball extinguishing it. Stop, drop and roll!
Hopefully they’ll consider that and not give him an ammo pack ability. I could also see them lowering the damage but extending the duration so people can run through it, maybe even give engineers enough time to disarm C4 and what not.

It’s got a 40 second CD…so it’s not like he is going to spam it…and the fire doesn’t last like 30 seconds…plus he doesn’t have ammo packs…he has a ammo station like Kira.
I tried this in the “Switchlevel” part and surprisingly, extinguishing the molotovs with smoke did work, so this might very well be something we’ll see in the game.
It might be changed though so nothing’s confirmed here.

I imagine that Red Eye’s smoke grenades will be able to counter them like you said, much like smoke grenades do in CS:GO.
