How will I get my Doom pack?

I preordered at gamestop and picked up the game release day, they didn’t have the codes to give due to the outage I guess, how am I going to get my doom pack?

the redemption code was on your reciept.

I would keep on nagging at them, try email support.
Amazon uk dropped the ball in sending out email codes, went through a couple of people there via email and they eventually sent mine out.

… if the above is true, ignore me (unless you are one of those people that still haven’t got anything from amazon uk)
