How/When can you change your Profile picture?

I think its based around forum rep, Im not 100% sure but I believe you can change your profile pic after 50 rep points. @Faraleth Might be able to clear it up for you.

If so, I wish was addressed like how you can change your username.
EDIT: Just got the ability after commenting to you.

Do you mean how to change your username or is the profile pic changed the same way? All profile changes will be under preferences at the top right of your profile. Easiest way to get more rep points is getting likes and agree’s on your posts, to help you i’ll throw you an insightful :).
