How To: Use Multi-Quote

As you may have noticed, we have a new build of vBulletin \o/ and with that new build comes the awesome addition of Multi-Quote! Basically that means you can reply to multiple users without having to create a new reply every time.

To use it, read through the thread as normal, and when you come across a post you would like to reply to, hit the bottom right button below that reply (it’s a speech bubble with a + beside it next to Reply With Quote) and a tick will appear on it. KEEP READING THE THREAD, and as you go, mark each post you want to reply to as you go. When you get to the last post you want to reply to, hit Reply With Quote… the text editor will appear with every post you marked sitting there with quote tags. You can then add your desired reply beneath each quote and you’ll have a multi-quoted post.

I guess this could count as a bug? You don’t get a quote notification if your post is part of a multi-quote, only if it’s directly and independently quoted.

Hmmm, i got a notification for a the previous multi-quote, weird.

Weird indeed, I didn’t get any notifications for my posts best quoted in this thread.
