How can i trade a cobalt loadout card of javlin or any other merc ?

you need to recycle the one you have and craft another for the merc you want

I’m assuming you got the card from a case, which is why you didn’t get the achievement. Far as I know, the only way to get it is by crafting it (for now, anyways).

To get the achievement you would have to recycle your cobalt and craft a new one, which requires 50000 credits and quite a few additional fragments. So unless you already have all the mercs I suggest you wait with this.

Also keep in mind that every once in a while SD schedules a crafting week event where the fragment costs to get a cobalt are the same amount you get from recycling it. So you only need 50000 credits.

If you really are into the cobalt achievements it’s good to know that after you got the achievement you can recycle the card again. So if you want to get the cobalt card achievement for multiple mercs, just save up 50000 credits per merc and wait for a crafting week.

If you mean trade with other players, at this time that is not a feature in Dirty Bomb.

You still need like 20,000 fragments. Crafting kits just replace credits as the form of payment when crafting, not the fragments.
On the bright side, you have enough crafting kits for 3 gold cards, which cost waaaaaay less fragments, if you wanna do that.
