On a server last week some buy said they got a bit over 1300xp from me last week through health insurance…is that a thing? And was it all at one time? I rarely pay attention to those numbers when I play a medic.

Yep. You get health insurance for healing now, so if you are standing on a health station or get a medpack right before you go ham, the medic gets a buttload of XP
