printscreen and alt+print screen copies the screen or active window to the clipboard (this is a windows thing, not specific to radiant). You can then paste into your favorite image editing software.

Prt Scrn > Copies the screen to clipboard… do alt+v in paint to paste it!
Alt+Prt Screen > Copies the ACTIVE WINDOW… same thing… alt+v

I prefer to use Snagit 8.

In Linux I use Ksnapshot or GIMP.
