Tab for player list, mouse right to enable mouse while list is open, then you can view player steam profile and report through there.

the game also has good players, if you die for the same player several times, does not mean that is cheater
I go on, spectator mode and see him playing
I happened to tell a player he was cheater, went to see him playing he was even good player
then apologize, there is always someone playing better than us

I encountered an issue filing a report on a player - the support form seemingly does not accept direct uploads of video files - but does not give any indication what is wrong when you attempt it.
I was able to upload them and just link in description.

Suppose I should have realized trying to direct upload 700MB files would be a tad problematic.
