How to play with friends?

Hello,

everytime I want to play with a friend we join a lobby and then get shuffled in different teams. Why is there no option to choose my team in the lobby like it was a few month ago? As it is now I always have to ask people to change team or wait for players to leave… and when we can finally play together the map is over.
I just want to play public with a few friends but the system as it currently is doens’t allow me to. :’(

Any tips how we can play as a group without getting split up every new map?

Please make lobby like matchmaking for public servers aswell, and team select.

On Stopwatch you can change your team on lobby.
I THINK that SD is working on it (casual party), but for now, you gonna have to deal with it.
Well, you can try the competitive matchmaking. However, be aware that it takes some time to find a match (about 20 min).

Wanna play with friends huh? I would suggests you to play some other game then.

Yep, Stopwatch mode still allows to pick teams before round starts.

Also why not playing with your buddy / buddies while shuffled between teams? :wink: Healthy competition and all that.

I don’t bother. I equally like to play with and against friends for giggles.
