How to play Campaign against other players (PC)

Hey guys. I have a quick question. How can I play campaign missions against other players?

WHen I go to start a mission I have the option to play as “Solo” "Private " or “Public” match. But when I hit public, the section where I can choose my Play Mode is greyed out and unselectable.

Play Mode is always set to Co-op, which is a great start as I can play with other people on my team. But I would also like to have my computer controlled opponents actual players as well.

Is there a reason it’s greyed out?

Campaign is only co-op. Versus can be found in Freeplay. It’s essentially the same exact thing, but I don’t think it awards the achievements for completing the campaigns, and it doesn’t necessarily play the maps in story order.

Campaign PvP was taken out. It’s only co-op campaign, and then freeplay. Some servers have the map rotation set to make it like campaign though.
