how to make vaults

How do you make vaulted cielings. I found this tutorial

but i could not make any sense out of it. Does anyone know if there are any more tutorials on this subject. I had a look through the sticky in this forum but could not locate any others. thanks in advance

I dont think there are any, there were none when I wrote the tutorial.

Making structures of this type is not ease, follow the tutorial, it can be a bit long winded, but once you get the hang of it, the results can be very impresive.
Just make sure your working in the right window (x,y,z view) for each stage of the construction.

Sorry but the tutorial needs more pictures or more explanantion of what is happening. Maybe im stupid but i could not get past the start of step 3. Anyway if there are no other tutorials i guess ill have to think of something else.

This is a tut I did on brush manip. However, coincidently, it also illustrates how to create a vaulted ceiling. :slight_smile:
