Not sure what you mean. Are you talking about a texture, for the map? Or a background image for radiant?

If you need a background image, on the tool bar, go to Plugins / Bkgrnd2d / Configure…
then just pick where your image is.

If you want a texture, id search for a tutorial on it, theres more to it than you think.

what i mean…say if i wanted to make a gamma map, and above the intrance of the gamma, i want it to say “GammaJumps” as one of the textures…how would i do so? :eek3:

You’d make a texture with whatever you want on it and put it there.

-is it?

Sypher, get yourself a tutorial on that. These are the basic questions, and they have ALL been answered in tons of good tutorials available.
The forum really is for problems, that you can’t solve AFTER you read the tuturials and tried several ways to solve it.

Make a texture… dimensions must be power of 2 e.g.
128x128
256x256
512x512
ect…
or 128x512 256x128 or whatevr

Save it as a .jpg in etmain/textures/<Yourmapname>/
