How to give name at the map

I’ve done my first map…and I’ve just searched with google a tutorial that explain how to give a map name and the text (when is connecting…under TOP SECRET and for vote that map in a server)…how I can do this?

I believe that information is gathered from the map’s .arena file. Look at the official .arena files and all will become clear, I believe.
