How to get event cases

i bought 2 boosters after downloading update played few games, went on db forums to see how new skins looks like… but instead of that i saw shitstorm, didnt bought more boosters, didnt got case but i saw 3rd lvl with 383 sparks

Well, it is rumored that 10 stack boosters actually work, so if you have 2 and dont mind spending for 8 more, you will get a case in that case.
Ill just spend the remaining of my cycles on plebcases (the 1% no chance ones), i got a silver out of one recently. Dont get me wrong, they are not worth it, but I like how they have 4 mercs in them and cant spend my cycles on anything else. (buy boosters? HAHAHAHAA…no.)
