Hi, I want to ask, how can i export 3d weapon models in .mdc file?

i use lightray 3d to export as mdc models…
Yes lightray can export, but i haven’t this mdc plugin for lightray 1.3.4 .
i use lightray 3d to export as mdc models…
Can you send me your mdc plugin?
its a plugin for lightray which is a program u pay for and also has 0 working keygens on the internet. (actually there is 1 but u first need a full version of lightray…) so you’ll have tough luck with that.
I know that… LightRay3D 1.4.0 trial version cant export at all.
But LightRay3D 1.3.4 can export and i have full verision of it, i need only the old mdc plugin that will work on oldest versions of LightRay(1.3.x) , the new plugins on their web site don’t work on 1.3.4 version.
MDC is just a compressed version of MD3. They will work interchangeably, so you can really just use MD3.
So, if i use md3 weapon model instead of mdc, then i must rewrite somewhere code, right?
i ve only lightray 1.4
so i think the plugins don t work on your version…
but
you could export them as md3, too
just change the weap file
it s not cryptic -
really easy to do,
open the pk0.pk3
and go into the weapons folder -
ah you ll see…
btw - if you export it from lightray to md3 -
the exporter is buggy - you need to fix it with the et model tool -
otherwise you have “spikes” around the model
just change the weap file

Big thanks, i didn’t thought that it will be so simple!!
