Title says all , There is no option to edit my Profile . I am new to here so if anyone knows please Guide me .

you need 25 rep points to change your photo. you get these points from likes, agrees, lols and insightfuls

why still I cant Edit my Signature ? I have reached 35 points , but still dont know why . I need more points to unlock Signature ?
