I have a beta key but where do I download dirty bomb?

Currently the game is down so you will be unable to play. However, you have to open steam then click “Add Game” at the bottom left corner, then “Activate a Product On Steam” and paste the key into the prompted area. Upon successful completion, the game should then be available for download

I don’t see the “Add Game” button on steam page of Dirty Bomb
