How to disable "Lens/Dirt post process" and "Menu Post process"

All is in the question. When i join a game i got this in my menu. And i “can’t touch this nanananah”.
I would like to know what it does and how to disable it thx

PS: all my graphical stuff are set on false or low

Just disable it in the settings before you join any game in the menus…?

Like i said i did but when i come out in the serveur i look at my setting it say “enabled” and i can’t modify it
