How to create a vote?

Hey guys. Quick question, how do you make a voting “list” for the forums? I would appreciate any help, thanks.

Polls are locked to users with at least 250 points on the forums.

So now it’s 250points?
Seems a lot considering I’ve been visiting nearly daily since about september last year? And I’m still 2 points away.

It was that everybody could make them before, but that was changed because of the extremely high number of polls we were seeing and most of them were biased in some way. They didn’t accomplish anything or give new information. Not to mention the number of polls where people would just ask a question with zero context. We’re hoping the 250 point minimum means that the players putting up polls have some sort of interest to see things are fair and well thought out.
