Just go with your favorite damage dealer (I usually go with Fragger/Redeye), and kill as many as possible. You won’t be able to carry playing a medic as your team will be outskilled anyway, unless you master Sparks and can do both, but she is pretty hard to handle…

Phoenix or Bushwacker. Phoenix has the best self sustain and BW can use his turret to win outnumbered fights and 1v1s more efficiently and is an Engy. Both get the KEK-10 as well which is arguably the best SMG.
