How to buy or obtain stuff in the store without Steam?

So, let me skip the whole story here and just say I can’t buy stuff using the Steam wallet at the moment. Anyway I can buy stuff or obtain elite cases without Steam?

As far as i know there is no way. Correct me if i’m wrong but i’m pretty sure it is not possible.

They really need to implement a system other then Steam for purchasing and playing the game. Warframe worked with a stand-alone client and you could buy stuff without the wallet. Don’t see why DB is any different.

Why would they? Everyone here can buy with the steam wallet, there is never any complaints, you are the first one complaining about it. So please tell me, why can’t you pay with the steam wallet when everybody else can?

Honestly the only complaint I have about Steam wallet is that to add funds directly to Steam you have set amounts that you have to add, even if it’s more than the item you want. However this is a minor complaint and not one I’d ask SD to change anything for.

@cornJester You can add non-fix amounts to Steam. I just added 6.13€ to my steam with a simple java-console command. It works with every payment method but the steam gift-cards.

Log-in to Steam, open the Add funds to your Steam Wallet window in your browser. Open the java console (F12 in FIrefox) and type “JAVACODE: javascript:submitAddFunds( xxx );” xxx was 613 for 6.13€ in my case. It automatically redirects to a payment method after you hit Enter.
