So yes, while levels matter, because it is experience and practice, it is very simplifying to the point, that its just easier to say, that levels dont matter, which is closer to the truth. As the factors involved in increasing skill are much more complicated, than just simple play long enough to learn to play well.

I will give you my upvote once I see a low level team stomping a team with two 100+ players and a total combined level twice as high as the other.

Ask and you shall receive(I couldn’t find the one where it was me, a level 27 at the time, and 7 level 10s or under against 3 level 50-60s and a level 40 where we won); Level 100s are rare so I’ve never seen two in one game before, albeit I do have examples of high level teams losing to low level ones:

We had two 100+ on the enemy team last night, though one of them had the decency to switch after the first round which unsurprisingly made the second round much more fun.
