How often do you excercise?

The title speaks for itself…

I actually started doing basic gymnastics, at home. Taking 1-1,5 hours of push ups, squats, jumping jacks, etc. on a daily basis, ever since March 2017.
At the beginning I couldn’t do a single push up, but now, I can do 20 of 'em in a row. Also, house chores keep me busy and require some physical strength, so that’s that.

Does PE at school count?

Been practicing some street workout for year and half with some shorter or longer breaks. I exercise 3-5x a week. I usually switch between pull ups with different grips and dips. Then I usually do some ab exercises but everything on horizontal bar, no sit ups or something like that.

Sure, even if it’s forceful.

The regiment here is weird. There are months where we had to regularly run 2 km around the school (mind you, run. Not jog), then we could have an entire semester dedicated to menial sports like somersaults, volleyball, and table tennis, after that, we end the year with a hiking expedition to our local mountain, where half my classmates would nearly pass out from the steep hikes and unforgiving weather (including me), and the other half are outright restricted by their parents to go in the first place.

Sorry for the rant.

This is one played you do not want to “Fite IRL M8!”.

@AlbinMatt I just need to get enough blood pumping in my system to process the bottles of V8 juice…

shrugs and goes off to play video games all day long

I’d like to exercise more, but I’d really be pushing my body too hard. I’d need more sleep than I am able to get on a regular basis.

(TheStrangerous) #15

Can’t believe it, but I manage to do 30 push up in a row…

This gymnastics does pay off. Wonder how many in a row can any of you do.

I guess id say every day. I work for a cable company and unfortunately there are plenty of no elevator buildings so i get a lot of stai climbing. Climbing ladders and lots of walking.

Not as much as I used to or should, but I’m not too stressed about it 'cause I’m still pretty big and in good shape. Used to lift regularly and plan on picking it back up again as soon as some life crap gets sorted out.

@TheStrangerous Replying to you a month later, but I can manage about 35-40 currently. Used to be able to do about 20 pull ups as well and now I’d be lucky to get 12 because I’m starting to pack on that mid 20s old man build. Once I hit 200lbs+ all of my body weight exercises went down the drain lol.
