How many **useful** crates have you had?

Thought this could be some interesting data. How many hours have you logged and over that time how many loadout cases have you had give you cards that you found useful?

I’ve worked mine out with the assumption that anything bronze in my barracks was either bought or too easily bought to count. So I counted Silver cards that I use, I have other silvers but I didn’t like the loadout so I use a bronze instead and thus haven’t included them here.

A silver timik skyhammer and a silver dreiss Redeye

I’ve had 2 rarer drops, a cobalt stark AR kira that I scrapped (was new to the game) and a gold mp400 sparks whom I don’t play.

Every now and then I get a decent card, but RNG is a bitch and very often just getting junk…especially with event cards.

I have like, 1,200 something hours listed on Steam. No clue how many equipment cases I’ve opened though, probably between 1 or 2 thousand going by case drop rate and how many I’ve bought with credits.

I have gotten a few good cards though. Maybe it’s just because I’m willing to use pretty much everything that doesn’t have a stilnotto, but still lol
A gold proxy way back in gen 1, useless now compared to gen 2 cards, but it was the shit back then. It used to be my favourite card, which is why I still love it.
There’s also some very good silvers for nader/aura/kira/sparks/etc that I still use from time to time, but I usually switch them out when I get a good special edition or cobalt for them.
I also got that LMG stilnotto thunder in gold everyone seems to love. Not really a fan of it myself, but meh.
I got a cobalt aura from an equipment case too, but it’s not a card I’d use much, and I’d rather recycle it. Waiting for a crafting week for it, but that’s the only cobalt I’ve gotten from a case.

The only bronze cards I use are for turtle and guardian, because I haven’t found any replacements for them yet. I might craft something for guardian during a crafting week, but turtle is just eww to me

I think just two - gut super lucky with Aimee and Nader ranked cards long ago, for other mercs I have to just use bronze…

I genuinely don’t know (I don’t have steam installed on this computer). But after I purchased every merc I looked for the best bronze card(s) for every merc and crafted one for each merc.

The most deciding factor for basically all classes except medics is the weapon.

Since then I basically just scrap the iron/lead cards and keep every higher card. If I like the card, I fav it.

I will report back when I am at my gaming computer again (x-mas holiday :frowning: )

Ignoring the 10 sparks cards I crafted, I got a silver 181 and a Ranked 4, 143
Rngesus gave me a gold rhino with unshakeable
Final Assault and Nuclear winter gave me the T52 for Stoker.
B82 Kira from season 2 and a gold version of it.
And I recently opened a bronze timik/baton guardian to use my winter timik skin on.
