did you guys dissapointed with where the real ending goes?

I found the ending to be a missed opportunity to tell a really good story. I think right now in it’s current state it is acceptable as long as you don’t look to much into the details.

im just sad ive been a mr. nice guy the whole game and the paragon arent used anyway in the end.

Yeah the ending could have done so much more but due to the circumstances at the time we got what we got. not the best but it could have been worse.

Not a great ending, but I do not understand why it got so much flak. (I played the extended version or whatever is was called.) The entire series was about having a set goal and choosing a way to accomplish it, often just by choosing a red/blue dialog option. The ending was exactly that.

Anyways 9/10 for the entire series. Sadly after the crap that DA:I was I have no hopes for Andromeda being any good.

I had no hopes for DA:I being good. I will still probably get at some point when it is very cheap. Same with Andromeda. “Poor quality” games are worth less money to me. So I will not pay much for them. I of course still respect the people involved

I honestly found the ending of ME3 to be the exact same as the other two games. You are given choices which are not really affected by any of your previous choices. You make your choice. Ending plays itself out. The thing is, the endings of the first two games essentially were to be continued. The third essentially was the same thing. I think that is part of the issue some people had with that ending.

Some people wanted a final clean cut conclusion. I guess this is because the game became more than just about choices to them. It became more an allegory to them. It was important to them because of this and as a result they also payed way more attention to the details of the game. This in turn would be their downfall. When the illusion of the game breaks towards the ending, I don’t think they could handle the loss and reacted the way they did.

I honestly find this understandable. Every one does this at some point in their life. That is at least my thoughts on it right now. I played ME3 after the whole event. I luckily avoided most of that negativity.

I will say… I really miss my single shot assault riffle…

I loved the entire series so much. I was honestly pretty happy with my ending for the first playthrough and I don’t really understand why everyone freaked out. It’s still (imo) the best trilogy of games I have ever played.
