How long is the full fuse time on Fragger's Nade?

Title explains pretty much everything. I think it’s 4 seconds, but I need confirmation!

It’s 3.5 seconds from when you press a key.

I timed a few pineapples, both with Q and 4+click, along with overcooking (holding the pineapple until it explodes). All were within human error range of 3.5.
