Two days in a row now, the same hacker, racking up mega scores, ruining the game, and posting cocky comments in chat. We’ve all reported him. How many days or weeks until this guy’s account is banned?
His ID accronym is REMOVED. He’s in game right now, ruining it. Are there any live admins who police this stuff?
Who knows how long it will take. Might take days, weeks, months. Just report him and leave the server and pray that you wont see him again.

Well, the longer they leave him in, the more players will quit the game.

It takes how long it takes support to get through their IN pile to your report (reporting people who’re not hackers means real hackers get less attention). Support also deals with other stuff than hackers so there’s that.
The new anti-cheat system they made has significantly reduced the amount of hackers, but some people have nothing else to do than try to poke holes into everything, so that can’t be helped.

Support can very quickly check to see if the person is cheating and remove them. This process is typically pretty quick. Closing.
