So it seems that the Vengeance Obsidian loadout will be just the one loadout, not like the Culprit case where all loadouts for the merc are a possibility to get.
How exactly is the loadout chosen?
Will there be a poll? Will a SD graph determine which loadout was used the most throughout the event?
It’d really suck to get a Hollunds Proxy or a PDP / Felix Vassily.
From what RazielWarmonic posted here, there isn’t even a guarantee that it won’t be the same loadout as existing Founders, Beta Fighters and recent Humble Bundle cards.
The Founders and Beta Fighter cards were RNG too, right? At least, I’ve seen different loadouts running around.
I think the beta ones were. I’ve seen a video of some guy opening a beta case which was RNG. Founders weren’t though.
I personally don’t think the culprit case should be RNG. It’s going to be a crapfest all over again when some people get the best card for said merc and others get terrible ones.

I don’t have any Founders or Beta Fighters. Founders were fixed, I assumed that Beta Fighers were also. If no then OK, my only gripe is with duplicating previous one-of-a-kind special cards.
The Obsidian is a fixed loadout. For example, as much as I would like to get my hands on a MO11 Vassili, this loadout was among the Founders so maybe it’s not wise to pick it again. On the other hand Founders cards are very rare, so that’s not the best example. Humble Bundle cards were sold 2 months ago so the overlap of people buying those AND the culprit Obsidian is huge. It would be uncool if SD picked one of those loadouts for the Obsidian.
The 500 cycle culprit case also could be made slightly less annoying. This would be a good occasion to introduce a system to prevent special loadout duplicates. By special I mean only Obsidians/Culprit etc, not the regular CW/WtD/ReV cards. When you open a case the system checks if you have any special cards for this merc. If you have any you have an option to exclude those loadouts so you don’t get a duplicate. It’s a small gesture that would go a long way to reduce disappointment.
At minimum, it should ask if you want to exclude the culprit Obdisian loadout because 11,(1)% of players will get a duplicate 
Or maybe implement second edition with these cases so the cards are more balanced and nobody will have duplicate

This one is C72, but for unknown reason main weapon is Crotzni. And the weirdest thing that it is even mentioned in the name of loadout, CR72 (which is nonexistent in every other quality).

Yes, founders all have a stiletto, but that’s completely different thing. There’s no sense to give to ONE card, which is also requre some RNG to pull out from a case, a different primary weapon.
