How is made animation for tree model ( md3)
So if you played the animation in your animation software, did it move?
If not, your animations are not quite what they should be. (Or there aren’t any at all.)
If there are, check your export options. You didn’t specify what software you used, what exporter you used or what you actually tried to fix it. Helping you is impossible at the moment.
I exported from gmax ( has some experience with this but no with animation ) in POP N Fresh window I type in frames 1-4 ( it means 5 fps )
I dont know where is the problem
When I import model again , md3 animation become shorter ad faster I before have default animation time ( havent any changes ) I dont know why animations wont work in game

Ehr, no. It means it’ll export frames 1 to 4 if I’m not mistaken.
The FPS is only set when using the model, it is set as a key in the misc_gamemodel.
Try frames 1-60. (Given you have 60 frames.)
oh, I some little time ( 1 week back ) readed on some Enemy territory forum, Deteoni ( you know him) was advicing that in export window md3 3ds max type to frames 0-14 it means 15 FPS
and ET models have some limitation for frames. Now I cant rememeber
Animation speed is limited (not sure if it’s 15 or 20 animation frames per second).
But you can have more frames.
Keep in mind as well that although there is a ‘default’ as nullSkillz mentioned, if you use a more or less frames per second the animation will playback faster or slower depending on that.
