How i make my own hp meter and charge bar and put then in to game?

look at the source code for the game, find the parts that do what you want to edit and then its not realy that hard e.g. for the charge bar you could adapt the current one

Aren’t these bars just skins which can be found in pak0.pk3? I’m sure I’ve seen them!
