How i download DIRTYBOMB?

I know its stupid, but wen i try to download the game in steam, its doesn’t work, there’s a thing that say
‘Its necessary accept a ALUF’ i press ‘Dirty Bomb EULA’ And i don’t see the accept button, what i do?

Is it a very small accept box at the bottom maybe? Not sure. Could you provide a screen shot of what you see?
