Yeah, ive seen the nice quote, but maybe someone from SD could ask Bethesda if they new how support is working and why there is finally nobody answering anything on the Bethesda Forums. Im not really sure what you guys from SD and Bethesda had agreed on but this is the badest support i`ve ever seen in my entire life.

It`s just a shame how Bethesda is replying to their customers in their so called official support for Brink!

I’d like to know the same pal, they only time SD have responded directly to my posts are to tell me I’ve been given an infraction (LOL) or my thread is closed…:rolleyes:

They seem to have no clue about what they are doing!

Just an example for the PS3. Im a gamer from germany and because of their stupidity i had to switch my PS3 back to german from english because if you try to have the english sound you will have the french speaking. So we simply asked on the support forums if there is any way of getting the english language pack or whatever, just an answer. But to my regret ive been waiting for a small answer for 3 weeks now.

By the way, i can count down the posts done by Bethesda on their supportforums on one hand and that in fact is really embarassing.

Their "support"forums are a lie.

Never seen anyone from Bethesduuuurrr posting there.
