ja, my mother says i need to speak english more. something about learning it better. anything eglish?
i can also tell you how to do in english
for mountains i wouls suggest easygen.
it is easy to use if you get told how to use it.
Doing mountains by hand is easy too, plus you have more control over it. You can get realy cool looks by hand
But every one has their own style.
EarthSculptor is 100 times better than all of those.
… but its not for free
Just tried that earthsculptor it looks great but I couldnt get it to load into GTKRadiant after making a .map file.
Shame !

You have to export. the .map in earthscultor is just a coincidence, its not actually a .map… u can export thru earthscultor into a heightmap image and use that in easygen. From there you can tune down the detail to your liking and texture it.
So ya not 100 times better… well yes but for actual ease of creating the 3d environment and then using easygen because of course it was BUILT for radiant.
I know, when I was first reading the google snippets when I first researched it, I was overjoyed to see the .map extension. Then i opend the .map to find it didn’t even have many coordinates in it
