Can’t change your profile pic until you get a certain amount of rep. That’s how it worked for me.

You need 25 rep points to change your picture on here. If your wanting to change your picture on steam go your profile, edit profile, upload your own avatar. as for the nexon launcher i’ve not seen that since it moved to steam.
